Paintballs
Paintballs are not covered under any warranty.  Paintballs will only be shipped by ground. Shipping during the cold season can be hazardous to the paintballs. We inspect all paintball packaging prior to shipping for any damage, However we cannot inspect for individual broken paintballs inside bags.  If there is significant damage to your paintball shipment upon receipt you will need to file a claim with the shipping company.  If there are only a few broken balls it is easy to clean and correct.  Remember the fill from a broken paintball does not hurt the other paintballs.  Paint fill can easily be wiped off with a little patience.  Try and carefully identify and remove the broken ball or balls from the bag. Then dump out the rest of the paint on a towel or paper towels. Use another towel or paper towels to rub the balls around and clean off the fill. Make sure your towels are clean and dry. DO NOT use any kind of water or cleaner on the paintballs. Any moisture besides the paints own fill will damage the paintballs.  Continue cleaning until the fill residue is mostly gone.  A little fill residue will typically not hurt performance.  Rebag the clean paintballs in a baggie and you're ready to use them!
