To place an order at orderpaintball.com you must register and log in. Registration is required to be able to notify you of shipments, contact you in case payment issues, calculate shipping and assist you in order fulfillment. Your information is secure and will not be abused. Please read our Privacy Policy for more information You may edit your account anytime by logging in. Logging in allows you to create and save Wish Lists, review order history, view registered member specials, request returns as well as full notification on orders and changes to your account.
Payments
Payments made to OrderPaintball.com are handled via Credit Cards through our secure payment gateway called Lucy Gateway. This service is provided by Cynergy Data at http://www.cynergydata.com/gateway. We also utilize PayPal. You may use the services of PayPal and bypass our site registration if you already have a PayPal account. OrderPaintball.com is part of Fox River Games Inc. which also owns Fox Paintball. Transaction data may list or indicate Fox River Games Inc, Fox Paintball or OrderPaintball.com as the fulfilling agent on invoices or statements.
We also offer a phone order option. This option allows you to enter your order information and process an invoice that is sent to you and our order system. We will try and contact you via the phone number listed in your registration to complete the order. You may also contact us at the number listed on the invoice to finish completeing your order. If we are unable to verify the address and phone number on a phone order, the order and the registration will be cancelled from the system.
Canceling a previously placed order
In the event you wish to cancel an order before you have received it. You must call us directly fo this request. Email requests for order cancellation will not be accepted. If the order has already been shipped we will be unable to cancel the order. You will need to follow the returns procedure as described through following the link on this page. If your order has not been shipped we will gladly cancel the order and process a refund.
Website Errors
Website data errors and typographical errors do happen. Orderpaintball.com will do it's best to correct any errors quickly. We will notify you immediately if there has been an error with your order and do our best to resolve the problem. Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Incorrectly calculated shipping charges are also subject to error and may be adjusted. OrderPaintball.com reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, OrderPaintball.com will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Your individual bank policy will dictate when this amount is credited back to your account.
