OrderPaintball.com has a special promotion for orders over $$59.99 or more. Just order over $59.99 or more worth of merchandise and you qualify for our Super Saver Free Shipping promotion. Free shipping only works in the 48 continental states and is not available for APO/FPO shipments.
To activate the free shipping, make sure your cart has $59.99 or more in merchandise. You should get an option to select free shipping in your cart! That's it!
Flat Rate Shipping for orders under $59.99
OrderPaintball.com has a special flat rate of $6.95 for orders under $59.99. This applies to continental US orders. If your cart has under $59.99 you should automatically have an option for $6.95.
Your Credit Card billing and shipping address must match!
Use the correct shipping address to avoid delays
Your package can only be shipped to the billing address of your credit card. If you use another address other than your billing address, our system will flag the order and it will be delayed until we can verify a correct address. You can add additional addresses to your credit card account by contacting your credit card company and having them add the address to your account. If we are unable to verify an address your order will be cancelled. In order to prevent fraud we will not ship to an unverified address for any reason.
Packages requiring Adult Signature
Shipments with a value exceeding $500 will require an adult signature on delivery. Please make sure someone will be available for delivery. If you are trying to ship to a work address or alternate location make sure you add the shipping address to your credit card account.
When will your order be shipped?
OrderPaintball will do it's best to process orders when they are received by our system. Most orders will be processed within 24 to 72 hours. There may be instances where fulfilment may take longer depending on the items ordered or if an item becomes temporarily unavailable to us. Processing and shipments for free shipping may take longer however we will do our best to process them quickly. If there will be a significant delay to your order we will notify you of the situation and your options. At this time we primarily use UPS for shipments. UPS does not deliver on weekends. If you are using the free shipping method we will choose the most economical method to deliver your package.
Standard Delivery Practice
If the package is valued over $500 it will require an adult signature for delivery. Other packages will be left by the delivery company based on their standard practices. If you know you cannot be home and are unable to have a packaged left on a porch or near your front door please let us know when you order. We may be able to assist with special instructions. Sometimes orders may come in more than one delivery or from a different location. Some products may come directly from a supplier or manufacturer while others may be delivered out of our inventory. We will do our best ot keep you informed and notified of seperate shipments and their tracking.
In transit shipping times
This map shows average transit times of packages sent from our location. It is does not include processing time for an order, but only the time in transit from when you receive your shipping notification. These times are not guaranteed but should be used for an estimation only.
International Shipping
At this time OrderPaintball.com is not able to offer shipping outside the United States. We hope to be able to offer more options in the future.
